Return Instructions & Refunds
1. WITH THE ORIGINAL ORDER CONFIRMATION: Please include your full name, address, and order number inside the return parcel. Once we receive the item at our warehouse in its original condition, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note: refund processing times vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
2. WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL ORDER CONFIRMATION: Items returned without the original sales receipt or packaging may be accepted at IFOURTHSTYLE™'s discretion. In such cases, the refund will be issued as a store credit/gift card for the lowest system price.
Key Conditions for Returns
1. You may return items for any reason within 1 week (7 days) of receipt for a full refund or replacement. Return shipping is free.
2. The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging.
3. If your item is damaged upon delivery or you received the wrong item, we will also reimburse any shipping fees.
4. For technical issues, please contact us. Providing detailed information and images can help us quickly diagnose and resolve the problem.
Exceptions
1. Gift cards, gift certificates, and store credits cannot be exchanged or returned for cash.
2. Damaged or defective products are covered under applicable legal or manufacturer warranties.
3. Notwithstanding this Return Policy, IFOURTHSTYLE™ reserves the right to limit or refuse a return for reasons not explicitly stated above. This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
